Learning objectives
To gain the necessary knowledge in order to manage people who are implementing security controls and to give appropriate feedback and motivation. Course covers some of the psychological aspects of security controls and how to overcome these including techniques for conflict resolution.
Course content
- legal requirements and how they should be met
- supervisory tasks
- internal quality control
- response to the detection of prohibited articles
- emergency response procedures
- ability to provide mentoring and on-the-job training and to motivate other
In addition, where the designated task of the person concerned so require, training also includes:
- conflict management
- capabilities and limitations of security equipment or screening methods used

Learning objectives
To gain the necessary knowledge for the persons responsible to one of the entities, which use the standards of aviation security. Besides knowledge concerning the implementation of security controls and security equipment participant will gain the ability to perform feedback and use convenient tools for motivation. Part of the training are psychological aspects of security controls, how to prevent them and resolving conflict situations.
