ECAC Workshop on Innovation in Aviation Security - AVSEC Training

The ECAC (European Civil Aviation Conference) workshop focused on The Innovations in civil aviation security took place in Paris from 4th to 5th June 2018.

This area is strictly legislatively regulated and introducing of the new processes would mean mainly to adapt the legislation. In parallel, it would be necessary to align all innovative procedures with the legislative requirements. The workshop participants identified two areas which needs to be innovated: the transfer of sensitive information and the development of security equipments and passenger handling.
