Learning Objectives: Gaining the necessary knowledge for the persons responsible to one of the entities, which use the standards of aviation security. Besides knowledge concerning the implementation of security controls and security equipment participant will gain the ability to perform feedback and use convenient tools for motivation. Part of the training are psychological aspects of security controls, how to prevent them and resolving conflict situations. |
