ICAO Risk Management Workshop: Course for the Trainers - AVSEC Training

The ICAO Trainers’ course took place at the ICAO Aviation Security Training Centre (ASTC) in Doncaster (UK) on 17th and 18th May 2018. Participants of the course were selected by ICAO instructors from Great Britain, Ireland, France, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Latvia and Slovakia. The Czech Republic was represented by Jana Podolková, AVSEC & Emergency Training. The aim of the training was to inform the workshop participants with the training outlines and content to be further presented under the name of ICAO organisation. For that purpose it was mainly focused on the clear definition of the risks and threats in the field of safeguarding civil aviation against acts of unlawful interference and to evaluate the impact of potential threats, i.e. to know how to process the risk analysis and set up security measures and procedures.
